Permanent or Contract?

We can and do provide both. On contract, we provide Umbrella or Ltd. Co. contractors, but not temporary workers. We can help you make the decision on which is the best route through an understanding of your project requirements and organisational needs, and our knowledge of the candidate market.

Contingency or Executive Search?

We will recruit at any level. Our starting point is to gain a detailed understanding of your requirement, so we then have the flexibility to decide what search methodologies would best suit your requirement, and can mix and match in any way that is helpful to finding you the right individual.

– Job design, person specifications and writing job descriptions
– Writing job adverts for internal use as well as online (very different to job descriptions)

– Training on interviewing skills or support by parallel running an interview process
